House Democrats voted on December 18, 2020 to impeach President Trump on two articles, abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Both charges stemmed from subsequently disproved accusations that Trump had improperly pressured favors from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky by threatening to withhold military aid during a leaked telephone conversation.
One alleged request was for Zelensky to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden’s involvement with Burisma, an infamously corrupt energy company where his son Hunter served on the board. The other involved charges that Trump had somehow conspired with Russian operatives to influence the 2016 election outcome.
The impeachment theater that followed on Jan. 16 was elaborately staged for media sensationalism. Act one featured gleeful revelry of Speaker Nancy Pelosi passing out 30 commemorative souvenir pens engraved with her name to honored document signers.

Timeline of an Attempted Deep State Takedown of the Trump Presidency: A Two-Part Series
Part One: The Deep State’s Covert Campaign Against Donald Trump
Part Two: The Impeachment of America’s Electorate

Earlier in the day, Pelosi had appointed a team of seven House Democrats to serve as prosecutors, led by her close ally House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).
“Today we will make history,” Pelosi beamed. “As we make that history, we are making progress for the American people.”
Soon afterwards the scene changed dramatically as the world witnessed the colorfully solemn pageantry of seven House impeachment managers led by the House sergeant-at arms and House clerk processing slowly, stoically, through Statuary Hall, – through the Capitol Rotunda – to deliver the damning document orders to the Senate.
This spectacle, in turn, was followed the next day with rare ceremonial pomp and circumstance as the House sergeant-at-arms kicked off ever-so-formal proceedings with an arcane medieval-sounding threat: “Hear ye, hear ye, hear ye, all persons are commanded to keep silent, on pain of imprisonment.”
Thus, the sordid farce drew back the curtain on the most deceitfully epic tragi-comedy in modern American history.
The gruesome saga began long before that July 25, 2019 phone call with President Zelensky. Democrats had taken only minutes after Trump was inaugurated to raise the specter of impeachment. That was evident on January 20, 2017 when a Washington Post headline announced, “The campaign to impeach President Trump has begun.”

Once in office, some Democrats believed that impeachment offered the best insurance policy to prevent a re-election replay. Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., warned on March 23, 2018, “We cannot wait” for the 2020 elections to do something about Donald Trump…”It is too dangerous.”

Rep. Al Green, D-TX, who had called for Trump’s impeachment since 2017, told MSNBC on May 5, 2019, “I’m concerned if we don’t impeach this president, he will get re-elected. If we don’t impeach him, he will say he’s been vindicated.”
The point was that Trump had to be impeached, not because of anything he had done or had failed to do, but rather because of what he represented as an existential disrupter of their rapidly leftward-shifting progressive anti-capitalist agendas.
Nevertheless, the impeachment show trial failed. Despite best – and worst – efforts, the Mueller special inquiry probe couldn’t manage to come up with any evidence that Trump had done anything wrong, much less any link to collusion with Vladimir Putin.
And it wasn’t as if Robert Mueller’s sleuths held any pro-Trump bias. Of those 17 prosecutors: 14 were Democrats (three party unaffiliated – none were Republican); and 12 were Democratic donors (one also a Republican donor) with two maxed out as Hillary donors.
Mueller’s top lieutenant, Andrew Weissman, had attended Hillary Clinton’s election night party in New York. He had also sent an email to then-acting Attorney General Sally Yates, praising her for failing to enforce President Trump’s travel ban. Weissman wrote, “I am so proud and in awe. Thank you so much. All my deepest respects.”
Given the intense national spotlight directed to the Mueller investigation, it is curious why no one seemed to be watching the watchers. A discovery that came about in response to a FOIA suit filed by Judicial Watch revealed that dozens of cellphones used by agents on the special counsel team were “accidentally” scrubbed of all information.
The public is expected to believe such remarkable excuses as that professional government investigators on the case had entered too many passwords too many times, causing the phones to automatically delete their contents.
If Hillary’s history is a guide, the agents and their supervisors can expect little to no repercussions for improperly destroying government data nor accountability for mysteriously lost legal evidentiary records.
Paradoxically, other recently discovered records truly do validate potentially impeachable Ukrainian and Russian collusion concerns discussed in President Trump’s telephone conversation with President Zelensky. Those ironic revelations leave no doubt that former Vice President Joe Biden did precisely the things that Trump was impeached for – and far more – while acting as the Obama administration’s lead U.S. Ukrainian and Chinese policy representative.
All voters should be made aware of a blockbuster Oct. 14 report headlined in the New York Post that reveals details of shadowy Biden family Ukrainian, Chinese and Russian business deals that have now been exposed to light on Hunter Biden’s carelessly abandoned laptop.
Note here that I intentionally emphasize and qualify “should be made aware” because the FBI apparently held potentially impeachment-relevant aspects of this information secret since late in 2019, the mainstream media scandalously continues to avoid covering it, and Twitter immediately blocked users on their platform from even discussing it.
Yet no one, including the Biden presidential campaign nor the FBI, have ever disclaimed the authenticity either of the laptop or its contents.
Very briefly summarized, those disclosures are spectacularly sleezy and shocking.

We have learned that thousands of emails, text messages and images on Hunter’s unclaimed laptop retrieved from a repair shop exposed repeated family business leveraging of his then-vice president father’s influence.

Very much Included was Hunter’s lavishly rewarded no-show position on Burisma’s board when his father publicly boasted about threatening to withhold a billion dollars in U.S. aid to Ukraine if they didn’t fire the top litigator who was prosecuting the government’s case that Trump referred to in his leaked Zelensky conversation.
Multiple Biden family conflicts of interest are currently the subject of several congressional probes which have already developed corroborating facts. Moreover, there is clear evidence that Joe Biden’s repeated disclaimers of knowing about his son’s foreign business are patently false.
We have learned, for example, that just ten days after returning from accompanying his father to Beijing in December 2013 aboard Air Force Two, Hunter inked a $1 billion investment deal with the state-owned Bank of China on behalf of Rosemont Seneca Partners, a private equity firm he established in 2009 with Christopher Heinz, the stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry. The transaction was accomplished through Bohai Harvest RST (BHR), a company where again, as with Burisma, Hunter served on its board.
A BHR representative told The New Yorker in July 2019 that Hunter had  introduced his father to Chinese private equity executive Jonathan Li during the trip. Li later became the CEO of BHR.
Although Hunter was later forced to step down from the BHR board following blistering call outs from President Trump, a Biden family spokesman again denied any wrongdoing or connection between the vice president’s visit and BHR’s subsequently wild fundraising success.
Another enormously troubling Chinese incident first reported by the New York Times involved Hunter’s May 2017 dealings with Chinese tycoon Ye Jianming, former chairman of CEFC, a now-defunct Shanghai-based energy company with broadly known Communist government and military ties which was later bankrupted following U.S. government money laundering charges.
In Sept. 2017, then-CEFC Chairman Ye reportedly opened a $5 million line of credit with Hudson West, a Biden family-controlled company. Hunter, Jim Biden and Jim Biden’s wife, Sara were then given credit cards to purchase items totaling more than $100,000. In addition, Ye also reportedly gave Hunter a 2.8-carat diamond “thank you” note, and Hudson West provided $4.7 million in “consulting fees” to his law firm over a one-year period.
Incriminating testimony directly challenging Joe Biden’s denial of full knowledge and approval of his family’s murky CEFC deal was revealed during a stunning televised press appearance by ex-Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski just 90 minutes prior to the recent presidential debate.
As quoted in the New York Post, Bobulinski said: “I have heard Joe Biden say he has never discussed his dealings with Hunter. That is false. I have firsthand knowledge about this because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden.”
Bobulinski recounted being introduced to the former veep by Hunter and Joe Biden’s brother Jim Biden on May 2, 2017. “That night,” he said, “we discussed the Bidens’ history, the Biden family’s plans with the Chinese, with which he was plainly familiar, at least at a high level.”
Tony Bobulinski was originally recruited in late 2015 by Hunter’s associate James Gilliar to form a new entity with what was described as “one of the most prominent families in the United States.” A May 20, 2017 text message from Gilliar warned Bobulinski, “Don’t mention Joe [Biden] being involved, it’s only when u [sic] are face to face, I know u [sic] know that but they are paranoid.”
Although email exchanges on Hunter’s laptop indicate that while Bobulinski and Gilliar were concerned about Hunter’s lack of contributing “skill sets,” he was nonetheless important for “the [Biden] name/leverage being used.” The two also recognized that those on the Chinese side “are intelligence so they understand the [name] value added.”
As negotiations ramped up in Mid-May, Hunter, who had little involvement in developing the deal, began imposing strong requirements. One was to bring his uncle Jim Biden in for a stake. Gilliar argued to Bobulinski that Jim’s addition “strengthens our USP” – unique selling proposition – “to the Chinese as it looks like a truly family business.”
Apparently catching wind of push-back resistance, Hunter railed at Bobulinski that CEFC heads are “coming to be MY partner to be partners with the Bidens.” He pointedly reminded him “that in this instance only one player holds the trump card and that’s me. May not be fair but it’s the reality because I’m the only one putting the entire family legacy on the line.”
Gilliar privately told Bobulinski to show flexibility, since “I know why [CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming] wants the deal and what makes it enormous, it’s the family name.”
Bobulinski later learned from a results of congressional probe released in September 2020 by Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., that the Biden family had directly cashed in on the deal with CEFC. In doing so they had circumvented and excluded the original U.S. partners that put it together.

Hunter Biden laptop evidence also reveal a May 13, 2017 “expectations” document which proposes that [Hunter] “H” receive 20% of the equity in the venture while holding another 10% for “the big guy” – who Bobulinski attests is Joe Biden.

In one text, Hunter says that “my Chairman gave an emphatic NO” to an earlier version of the deal. Another Hunter partner explains in a text to Bobulinski that when Hunter “said his chairman he was talking about his dad.”
Tony Bobulinski met with FBI officials last Friday. He is also expected to meet with members of the Senate and Government Affairs and Senate Finance Committee later this week to help shed additional light on numerous questions about other shady Biden family business affairs.
For example, was Joe also oblivious to any reasons why the widow of a former mayor of Moscow would wire $3.5 million to Hunter at a time President Trump was being charged with “Russian collusion?”
Meanwhile, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe has empathically stated that no evidence of Russian disinformation exists to discredit the authenticity of Hunter’s laptop records.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi famously pontificated upon announcing President Trump’s sham impeachment that “No one is above the law.” That righteous theory is about to be tested as never before on November 3.
The outcome of this election will determine whether full disclosure of known egregious infractions of public trust by top level Obama administration officials will ever be released by deep state operatives and compliant media acolytes.
Most eternally consequential, the upcoming election will forever establish whether a winning party will successfully impeach and eliminate America’s Electoral College; pack the Supreme Court with two or more activist justice seats; will dismantle free speech protections of the First Amendment and self-protection guarantees of the Second Amendment; and will freely open U.S. borders to any and all unvetted gratefully voting comers.
And we must all stand accountable to future generations who will inherit the fateful consequences.
