With all the missteps by this Administration, like the border crisis, Covid-19 mixed messaging, and the nationwide uptick in violence, you would expect the media to be critical, but that hasn’t happened. If anything, the media has explained away each of the issues and made light of them. When the media attempts to question the administration’s handling of any issue, it becomes a “blame former President Donald Trump,” who hasn’t been in office for six months. This begs the question, is the media giving the Biden White House cover when it comes to reporting? Surely, that’s a rhetorical question!
Generally, the first 100 days of a new presidential administration is considered the “honeymoon,” with the media going easy with its reporting. Fortunate for the Biden Administration, but not so much for Americans, their “honeymoon” doesn’t seem to be ending any time soon.
“After Dark With Rob and Andrew,” along with guests Bebe Diamond and Heather Robinson, analyze the Biden Administration’s relationship with the media.
Heather Robinson is a New York-based freelance journalist who regularly contributes to The New York Post, Jewish News Syndicate, the U.S. Spectator, and other publications. She has appeared as a pundit on “CNN with Anderson Cooper” and Fox News’s “Geraldo At Large,” discussing human rights, popular culture, and the Mideast. She has also worked as a college writing instructor at New York University and Touro College in Brooklyn. Website: Heatherrobinson.net – Follow on Twitter: https://mobile.twitter.com/HE_Robinson.
Bebe Diamond advocates for the re-building of the black family, as she has seen the devastation of the fatherless generation up close and personal. Her passion for the black family has lead her to start a ministry and non-profit aimed at helping the broken black man, whom she says is the cornerstone of the black family. In addition to the ministry, Diamond is the assistant to Barbara From Harlem, a nationally recognized speaker and author who has been dubbed the godmother of the black conservative movement. Diamond wrote the introduction to Barbara From Harlem’s compelling and inspirational memoir “Escaping the Racism of Low Expectations.”
