On Saturday morning, November 7, the mainstream media came out with an astonishing announcement. Every network had the same announcement. They all declared Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 election and the 46th President of the United States. Even FoxNews, once a stalwart supporter of Donald Trump, had a headline “People across the US react to the election of Joe Biden as 46th President”.
Only, guess what. The press doesn’t get to decide that. The U.S. Constitution, which the left has conveniently forgotten, or worse, ignored, is very clear on the subject. 
Although the language of the Constitution is archaic, it is certainly understandable, and it outlines the process explicitly. In Section II: Executive Branch, Article I, it says:
“The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.
“He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:
“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.
“The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves. And they shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President”.
And there it is. It’s all about the U.S. Senators, each appointing two electors for his or her state, and it is the electors, known to us as the Electoral College, who make the decision.  
The press has no say in the matter. The media have nothing to do with it. Every journalist and every editor should know this process by heart, and their job (should they choose to accept it, which apparently they have not) is to report it. That’s it. Nothing more. 
What is remarkable about the media taking the initiative and calling the election is that it was done right in the middle of a massive scandal. And that scandal relates to the manipulation and theft of valid votes for Donald Trump. They called the election even before all the votes were counted, and where the use of sophisticated and secret software to alter the ballots has become a national scandal.
This was done in the midst of a massive investigation into voting fraud and ballot mismanagement. And there is a growing mountain of evidence that makes this monstrous malfeasance undeniable. But the mainstream media and this includes FoxNews now, doesn’t seem to care, ignore the Constitution and the rule of law and they pronounced the winner anyway, even though a winner does not yet exist. 

There is growing evidence that a secret government technology, known as “The Hammer” has been used to spy on Americans, and a part of this technology, known as “Scorecard”, was actually used in (at least) several states, including Michigan and Georgia, to actually alter the votes, changing them from Trump to Biden. 

In one Michigan precinct, after the counting had finished for the night, three vehicles pulled up and delivered more than 130,000 ballots all of which had been made out for Joe Biden. In what world is this even possible? Not one Trump vote in 130,000 ballots? Impossible!
That’s only one incident, but the stories of voter fraud, in Nevada, and Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and Georgia, to mention only a few, go on and on. Officials blamed the ‘errors’ on the software, and called the changing of the ballots “glitches”. 
These so-called “glitches” that altered votes in Michigan and Georgia were produced by a company called Dominion Voting Systems. This company is responsible for the machines that apparently reversed 5,500 votes in Antrim County, Michigan. This switch gave Biden a 3,000 vote lead. But after the ‘glitch’ had been fixed, they found that Donald Trump had actually won by 2,500 votes. And Dominion Voting Systems claims to have software running in 64 other counties across the state, and in 1,300 voting jurisdictions around the country, including nine of the twenty largest counties in America. That sounds less than hopeful. 
This is far from over and the implications of the massive extent of the fraud are horrifying. This is a story that will not go away easily. The Supreme Court has already gotten involved in a small way, taking a look at how Philadelphia Democrats mixed late (and thus illegal) ballots with legal ballots. And I have no doubt that more will come. 
Perhaps the media thinks that if they declare Biden the winner, then the scandal will just go away. But they forget that Donald Trump has over two months left in his term and he has vowed to fight this war against monumental corruption. 
Donald Trump is strong and he is a patriot. For him – and for us – this has become a fight for the life and soul of our nation. Only the President has the authority to put an end to this corruption. But he needs the support of the patriots of America, the millions of people who have shown up at his rallies over the last few years. He needs Americans who believe that the values that our founding fathers put into our Constitution are worth fighting for. This will not be an easy struggle. The fight against corruption never is. But it is a fight for the soul of America. 
President Ronald Reagan once said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”
We are the generation facing extinction. And this is our battle to save the United States for the coming generations. It is a battle for the soul of America, and it is ours to win.
