About a week ago, Joe Biden took some flak for not preparing for the Omicron variant. His response – or rather, the response of the White House – was that nobody saw the Delta or Omicron variants coming, and that as a result, nobody could have been prepared.

The CDC and NIH responded by showing how they predicted variants, and notified the White House that more at-home test kits were needed to deal with variants. Several months ago, the NIH recommended Biden purchase 700 million at-home test kits to prepare for the next variant. The Biden Administration turned this request down.

The White House responded by saying that yes, they did, in fact, expect variants, but not these SPECIFIC variants (which variants they were expecting, they did not say). The White House also promised to provide 500 million at-home test kits to the American people, free of charge, through a government website that the government will build.

A week ago, any American could go into any pharmacy and buy an in-home test kit, for as little as nine bucks. Today, such kits are almost impossible to find, with the government choking off the supply of test kits in order to build its stockpile of 500 million, to distribute through a website that does not yet exist. What’s more, it took two years for the government to get the Obamacare website up, and a third-year to get it working, and Biden is having a website built to get test kits.

Note that Trump partnered with private companies, so were Trump President, all he would have done is to have the government pay for test kits. The American people would then be able to go to CVS, Wal-greens, or any other pharmacy and pick up test kits for free. Those kits would be available now.

How incompetent is the Joe Biden Administration? The Omicron Variant is the dominant strain, representing more than 90% of all new cases, and though it is 70 times less likely to put you in the hospital than was Delta, it spreads like wildfire. We need test kits NOW and cannot get them, thanks to a government program that will deliver test kits only long after this variant has spread through our population – Biden will deliver test kits only after they are no longer needed.

The good news is that as Omicron becomes the dominant variant, we are also moving out of the pandemic. Covid-19 is becoming endemic, which means that it is becoming just another virus in the population, like the flu.

Unfortunately, rather than treating the Omicron variant as an endemic virus, we are instead making the masks on planes mandate permanent, canceling News Years Eve parties, and making vaccine passports mandatory in some cities and states. Just yesterday, Anthony Fauci said that we should make vaccine passports mandatory to board all domestic flights. CNN suggested denying government benefits, like Social Security, to anyone who is not fully vaxxed.

They seem to be making the pandemic permanent.

And why not make the pandemic permanent? We funded gain of function research, and then when that became problematic (doing so was illegal), we changed the definition of ‘gain of function’ such that gain of function no longer qualifies. If being in a pandemic is useful to Democratic politicians at the city, state, and federal levels, can’t we just change the definition of ‘pandemic’ such that we are always in one? Let’s make it a pandemic forever!

We are heading into an election year, and the Democrats are currently unpopular. We saw what the pandemic did to the 2020 election. A permanent pandemic will allow them to ignore election laws in the upcoming, as well as in all future, elections.

The pandemic has put us in a temporary totalitarian state. If we make it permanent, we become a permanent Totalitarian State.

Democrats wanted us to eat less beef. Now beef costs twice as much as before, such that most people can no longer afford to eat a lot of beef. Natural gas is up 60% over last year, driving up electricity prices as well. The government wanted us to use less fossil fuels – making it prohibitively expensive to use fossil fuels will do that.

The Dem’s 2022 campaign slogan needs to be ‘lower your expectations.’ Another campaign slogan should be, ‘wear a sweater.’ The Dems don’t need to actually win elections – they can just flood the country with fake ballots, accuse the Republicans of cheating, steal the election, and then declare anyone who is unhappy an ‘enemy of the state.’ Protesting fraud – they’ll call that an ‘insurrection,’ and best of all, doing really unpopular things, like making you wear a mask for the rest of your life, won’t be a big deal. Without legitimate elections to worry about, the Democrats will be able to do whatever they want.

As for the supply chain, inflation has dramatically reduced the ability of the American people to buy things, and without anyone being able to buy anything, suddenly, shelves are filling back up.

Thanks to Joe Biden, you have half the wealth you had a year ago. Joe Biden called that ‘saving Christmas,’ and NOW thanks AGAIN to Joe Biden, we will have the testing supplies we need RIGHT NOW, only after Omicron has finished running through the population – when we no longer need those at-home test kits.

We are making a pandemic permanent so that we can make the totalitarian powers that have been seized by Democrat mayors and Governors permanent, and so that we can give more totalitarian power (permanently) to the incompetent fool in the White House.

I, frankly, cannot think of anything Joe Biden has done well. Afghanistan was a disaster; the secret of his’ secret covid plan’ turns out to be that there was no plan; he has single-handedly given us our worst economy since Carter with the worst inflation since we got rid of the Articles of Confederation. Russia is poised to invade Ukraine, China is poised to invade Taiwan, Biden’ solved’ our supply chain crisis by making everything more expensive (such that we can afford less), and NOW Covid is simultaneously the most feared and the least dangerous it has ever been, while nobody can get a test kit because Joe Biden is buying them all to make them more affordable – after we no longer need them.

Great job, Joe!

This is what Democratic ‘logic’ sounds like:

“I want to encourage everyone to get vaccinated. It does not protect the protected from the unprotected, and protects neither the protected, nor the unprotected, from the omicron variant, but it does offer protection to the protected if the unprotected are protected by the protection that omicron leaves them unprotected against. We need the unprotected to protect the protected, whose protection the protected need, lest the protected be unprotected. Please protect the protected by getting the protection the protected are protected against, such that the protected are protected from the unprotected. If you fail to get protected on your own, we will protect you by giving you protection against your will, such that you too will need to be protected from the unprotected, whose unprotection leaves you unprotected, in spite of the protection we have forced you to take. And while you are at it, lower your expectations and wear a sweater, ’cause baby, it’s cold outside!

“Within 100 days, we expect to have a vaccine that will protect the protected against a disease that can be so severe that nobody knows they have it. While some might think that an asymptomatic disease is not something we need to be protected against, particularly when the protection does not protect the protected, the truth is that the unprotected must protect the protected, lest the protected be unprotected from the disease that will afflict them with afflictionless afflictions.

“Understand that the afflicted are afflicted with afflictions that are unafflicting, and that the symptoms of the symptomatic are that they have no symptoms, and are asymptomatic, making them the perfect vehicles to unprotect the protected from the protection the protected need the unprotected to protect them from.”

The great thing about mutations is that every new variant makes this whole thing easier to understand. The problem with a permanent pandemic is⏤we can expect this madness to go on forever.
