While studying our Declaration of Independence, I noticed just how much that government in DC resembles the one we declared independence from in 1776. So I wrote a new document, called the Re-Declaration of Independence. In it, I document all of the abuses that our Founding Fathers accused King George of that Washington, D.C., is now abusing us with.
This weekend, Americans celebrate the 245th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. Not only is this a good time to read that wonderful document, but today more than ever, I think we need to sit down and take a close look at how our governments, especially the one in Washington, D.C. is acting.
My goal is not insurrection, not the removal of the government in Washington, D.C., but that we declare our independence from those who are perverting the Constitution. Join me as we look at the Re-Declaration of Independence and why it is needed so badly today.
