Kickoff Address
It’s been my intention for months to author a weekly column regarding COIVD for Energetic Health Radio, exclusively for America Out Loud and with www.COVIDCON21.com in full production now is the time to do so.
The focus of my work on COVID has been at least three-fold since March 12, 2020, when I began tracking data and investigating the fraud and corruption we are facing, (1) Ensure that data published by the CDC and state health departments is accurate, (2) Review the literature for empirical evidence of preventative measures and treatments that save lives, (3) Track the injury data associated with the experimental inoculations.
As a volunteer dedicating more than 40 hours each week to this investigation, it has been my honor to serve each of you. I’m so grateful for the many people I am privileged to work with. These brave men and women are also volunteering their time and expertise to educate rather than influence as we pursue accurate information to help everyone navigate these manufactured storms.
Our collective work has led us down many rabbit holes and our research points to an inescapable conclusion. We have been lied to from the beginning when we were told the origin of this virus was from a wet market in China. And the lies have only intensified.
What began as two weeks to flatten the curve, quickly spread into masks work, lockdowns are necessary, experimental products are safe and effective. This is a never-ending emergency, and now it is the right of the executive branch to mandate that employers enforce their unethical will by forcing Americans to make an unconscionable decision…obey us or lose your right to feed your family.
Underlying all of this is a new trail of tears, a new middle passage into tyranny, a new hostile corporate takeover and it is our collective duty to stop this onslaught by any means necessary.
Our peer-reviewed work demonstrates that rampant acts of willful misconduct have taken place on a scale that is difficult to imagine or even ponder as plausible. Yet, this is exactly what has happened and while it may be difficult to believe, that doesn’t make it a conspiracy theory…rather it makes it a verifiable conspiracy.
In the coming weeks and months, I will do my best to share the information we have learned in a way that is digestible and easy to understand. There is a lot to unpack, but we can do it together…we must do it together.
Our children’s future depends upon each of us, which is why we are calling on Grand Juries to investigate our findings and hold any and all people who have participated in the greatest crime in human history accountable for their actions. Join us and the more than 100,000 Americans who have signed the petition. I’m doing all that I can in hopes that it inspires you to do all that you can do as well.
Too many people have suffered unnecessarily, leading to their slaughter by a small group of people infected with an insatiable, and seemingly pathological, need for profit and power. They want to create a world of darkness and despair where individual freedom and happiness are unattainable ideals.
I want to create a world where love, logic, and light reign supreme…and something tells me that I’m not alone.
So, each week I will do my best to bring you words of encouragement, information that instills hope, and ways that you can be part of the solution to the problem we should have never needed to face.
Success in life is often determined by how well one responds to adversity.
I encourage you to enjoy the fight we find ourselves in. It doesn’t matter your color or creed, your orientation or faith…we are all family now, bonded together by something far greater than ourselves. We are bonded together by the call of duty, to ensure that freedom reigns for generations to come.

Employer & School Mandate Exemptions
Since we first authored this article, we’ve heard that this strategy has worked for some and not for others, so we started asking around to see how we could improve this concept for dealing with unlawful and unethical experimental inoculation mandates. Keeping in mind that we are not attorneys, and this is not legal advice, here’s what we’ve found:
1/ Send 15 Questions Found Here via email to employer or school attempting to mandate experimental products. Include an attorney of your choosing in the email whenever possible.
2/ Await the employer or school’s response. They will not be able to fulfill informed consent because each of the EUA experimental products is still in a clinical trial and as such, long-term adverse events have not yet been determined.
3/ Once the employer or school responds, submit your SIGNED & NOTARIZED Religious Exemption and inform your employer or school that:

- Based upon Title 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(I-III), all people have a right to accept or refuse any product under EUA.
- Based upon 45 CFR 46§ 46.116(a)(2) and the additional 45 CFR 46 Law, no person can be ‘coerced or unduly influenced’ to participate in an ongoing clinical trial.
- Based upon Title 7 of the 1964 Civil Rights Act (SEC. 2000e-2. [Section 703] (a)(1-2) and additional Law, no employer can ‘limit, segregate, or classify’ employees or prospective employees in such a way that would discriminate based upon religion, race, color, sex, or national origin and that EQUAL ACCOMMODATION must be granted to all employees.
- Based upon Brown vs the Board of Education, no educational institution may discriminate against any student and that EQUAL ACCOMMODATION must be granted for all students because ‘separate but equal has no place’ in American society because it is decidedly unequal.
Understand that a religious exemption does NOT require approval from anyone. If your employer or school rejects the religious exemption, either keep resubmitting it until it gets acknowledged or take them to court for violation of multiple laws and promoting discrimination & segregation.

Insight of the Week
As of October 30, 2021, the CDC, has officially stopped tracking experimental COVID inoculation breakthrough hospitalizations and deaths with the deletion of this page that has been in use since April 2021.

This webpage now forwards to a new webpage touting that the experimental inoculations work and there are no subsequent pages that link to COVID vaccine breakthrough data.
Has anyone reported any issues with their ears following a C jab? My brother who received one of the covid 19 shots has had cauliflower ear to both ears and loss of hearing for about 5 months now. I’m wondering if others have faced a similar reaction.
