Short of the phony Russia collusion scheme dreamed up by the Democrats, and followed by the subsequent Robert Mueller Special Counsel hearing, immediately after Trump was elected, I made the critical point of how President-elect Trump needed to proceed strategically.

First off, I called it bullshit on Day-One, Trump called it a hoax! It was made up. No Russian collusion, no obstruction because the whole scheme was made-up. You can’t have obstruction against a crime, a situation and event that NEVER HAPPENED. It was why Mueller in the Special Counsel could not make that decision and left it for the Attorney General to decide. It is the attorney general’s job to do that. Secondly, Mueller should have never accepted the recommendation of the special counsel, but was smart enough to realize the need to prove the fact that it was a hoax. And, third, Donald Trump KNEW from day-one it was a despicable choreographed scheme to unseat him. But he in his ever brilliant way, allowed it to go forward, unabated and uninhibited, to continue, as a way to prove he was right all along.

In the aftermath there are a number of members of the U.S. House, prominent Democrats, and most of all the mainstream media; CNN, MSNBC, The NY Times, Washington Post and the rest who owe the President and the American people a massive apology for being liars!

Over the course of the past two-plus years, I’ve noted on numerous occasions, that first, President-elect Trump and President Trump would need to wait at least two-years into his first term before he could make an effort to investigate and build a sound case to go after Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch and Obama. The other focus was to ensure an investigation by the Justice Department was thoroughly unbiased on the part of the president. This of course, is why a special counsel was established under Robert Mueller, as the DoJ and FBI was riddled with anti-Trump staffers.

My point was that President Trump was elected to fix the country, drain the swamp, and re-establish America’s leadership in the world. Secondly, he would need at least two-years to build a solid case to go after the criminals from the previous administration now imbedded within the Justice and Intelligence Communities, hence the Deep State.

That said, President Trump is always 3-4 steps ahead of the Democrats and the political-left. Primarily to protect himself, his family, his brand and of course, America. This keen knack and strategy, developed over the course of his life in business has allowed him to take advantage of the information from the Mueller Investigation and his administration’s management and internal investigations within the DoJ, FBI, and Intelligence Community, to ouster elements of the Deep State. Much of this particularly in the DoJ and FBI was under the guise of his former attorney general, Jeff Sessions, who worked this internally and behind the scenes, out of the lime-light of the mainstream media and the Democrats in order to conduct internal reviews, who-knew-what, and perhaps leads to the imbedded Deep State operatives in an agency of over hundred thousand employees. He served in a special capacity, first recusing himself, under the guise of undermining the President, but there was a reason for that to ensure the Mueller investigation was able to run its course, by design. Yes, strategical, this was all by design, even the President’s personal criticism of his attorney general, which was the most significant and greatest cover and in effect a distraction afforded to Sessions internal efforts to what he was actually doing. Mr. Trump knew all along the role and overall effect that was at play by design – particularly as it applies to the claim of the so-called; “counter intelligence investigation.” That’s a whole other story.

The report indirectly, also vindicates AG Sessions. Note, as I have said two years ago and many times over it should now be becoming quite clear with regard to his recusal from the Russian investigation. He used that option to distract and shadow his role behind the scenes to allow him privacy in his effort to identify and clean out the DoJ. Trump’s criticism and distain for Sessions was a ruse. It helped distract the media and Democrats from what was really going on. We can now also better understand why Sessions never shut-down the Mueller Investigation and the Special Counsel. For Sessions, it is also obvious he knew exactly what the President had orchestrated to validate his innocence.

As for Mueller, I left him alone, as did President Trump. It also reveals how right Trump was about firing former FBI Director James Comey…how right the President was about removing him. There’s a lot at play that was by design and reveals a lot about how Donald Trump operates. He is truly pure genius! It also revealed how infected the Obama Justice Department really was.

So now that the Special Counsel Investigation is over, for the most part — of course, the Democrats are going to drag the report through the mud…forever. Mainly, because they know what’s in store. They are actually scared shitless. With that, President Trump must, repeat must, now make the effort to go after Clinton, Lynch, and Obama. Again, that’s the reason the Democrats are going all out to question the outcome of the Mueller Report. As it pertains to Clinton, Lynch and Obama, Trump via his DoJ, can only do this by investigating Brennan, Clapper, etc. first. They were pivotal because of their illegal and deliberate misuse, abuse and they’re weaponization of the FISA Warrants. Likewise, they lied to Congress and America about their roles and their scandalous efforts to take down the President — using the power of the Intelligence Community to advance the Dossier, manipulated, the FISA process, and used the media to promote the false claims against the President.

Finally, as I continuously reference, the “Trump Doctrine,” which I coined in June 2015, and how it affects and impacts this president’s strategy development, political strategy and tactics, and its methods of implantation understand this. It works in the arena of political warfare, not just national security and foreign policy.

The next shoe to drop with be the Inspector General’s Report on what happened with the FISA Applications and how this all came about. What happened with the whole initiation? We can expect that be the next order of business — Declassify the FISA Warrants.

In the end, as the President said yesterday; there was no collusion, no obstruction – it’s a complete and total exoneration and an illegal takedown attempt against him. That is in fact the case. Be aware of a key aspect of the report and AG Barr’s review over the weekend. Barr noted in his letter to the President that Mueller recognized that “the evidence does not establish that the President was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference.” While not determinative, “the absence of such evidence bears upon the President’s intent with respect to obstruction.” In other words, what both Mueller found and Barr explained is that it is difficult to charge an individual with obstruction of justice if there is no crime to obstruct.

This of course, reveals more than ever that it is now extremely clear that the Obama Justice Department was an overwhelming “political tool” of the administration, part of which was to protect Hillary Clinton. That said, with that, we have just witnessed a thorough and unbiased investigation into a sitting President of the United States. Understand, the impact, despite what the mainstream media, and even Fox News failed to actually understand, that being how the President calmly allowed the investigation to proceed. Despite the calls by many, if not most, the president never fired Rod Rosenstein, never ordered that Mueller be fired — President Trump let the investigation run its course. If this investigation had been shut-down, the Democrats would be all over calling for the President to be impeached for interfering in a special counsel investigation.

The investigation in the end, sought to look for the truth about President Donald Trump, not political wrong doing, as the Democrats always look for hoax evidence of a crime. It also revealed, albeit, finally that this President follows the rule of law. I believe people will begin to realize that this President is a man who lives by the law, certainly as President. Because this investigation was allowed to continue uninhibited and unrestricted through its conclusion and findings, it’s going to be impossible for the Democrats and the anti-Trump cartel to say that this investigation was fixed from the beginning. Or that the fix was in because the report was interfered with or manipulated, and or it was a sham orchestrated by President Trump’s appointees and staff.

Further, the evidence now is conclusive that there was never any credible evidence that any of what was claimed by the Democrats happened. It’s going to be difficult for their complaints and false claims over the course of two-years that the investigation was fixed, but of course they will and are already doing so. Unfortunately, they are under complete and udder desperation and continue to spread the false message — as indicated by a new Trump 2020 campaign advertisement, that exploits the Democrat leadership as WRONG! … with the sound of a buzzer.

In the meantime plans were being implemented to hand-off Mueller’s other high-profile active cases, with the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington, D.C. No final decisions have been made yet over who will be taking over Roger Stone’s trial, which is slated to begin in early November and the sentencing for Michael Flynn, the former Trump national security adviser who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI.

Meaning in the end, in fact, the Trump strategy was pure brilliance as it actually suckered the Democrats in and they played the game almost perfectly. Representatives Adam Schiff (D-CA), Chair of the House Intelligence Committee and Jerry Nadler (D-NY), Chair of the House Judicial Committee and showed their true plan and intent to illegally make-up a case to take down this President. Certainly, those two, plus Eric Swalwell (D-CA) humiliated themselves, the U.S. Congress, and the U.S. itself on the national stage, should resign in disgrace for accusing a sitting U.S. President of effectively of treason. The other biggest disgrace is the mainstream media – they were all in on the collusion. This was a complete hoax which they were all in on. Listen, take the loss, it’s over!

One last thing that will be interesting to see how it will play out. That being one other genius move by AG Barr to keeping Rod Rosenstein on to help write the attorney general’s report over the weekend. The most interesting is the fact, is that Rosenstein’s signature is on two critical documents – the same guy who signed the ‘fourth FISA’ which gave them the authority to spy on the Trump team, in other words he did something wrong here and on the DoJ ‘exoneration letter’ where he indicated that of the whole investigation, there’s nothing there, let’s move on.

But wait, so what will the Democrats do now? First, they want their own vindication, despite being totally wrong. The only guarantee at this point we can be assured of is that the Democrats will go to whatever lengths necessary to obtain it. “We look forward to getting the full Mueller report and related materials,” wrote House Judiciary chair Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) on Twitter. “Transparency and the public interest demand nothing less. The need for public faith in the rule of law must be the priority.” How funny to see the Democrats calling for transparency and the priority of the rule of law. So we can expect more mindless nonsense and insane chatter from the Dems and their surrogates in the mainstream media. Certainly, we can expect more moving of the goalposts…and more attempts to indict ham sandwiches by the Democrats and the various committees that they lead in the House.

To counter that, Trump’s 2020 campaign manager, Brad Parscale, used the report to construct a new message against the Democratic Party ahead of 2020, arguing that Mueller’s findings proved that Democrats “failed once and they will fail again” in their efforts to prove wrongdoing by the president.

“Their dirty tricks have not ended,” Parscale said in a statement that accused Democrats of pursuing a “frantic, chaotic, conspiracy-laden roller coaster for two years.”

The end of the Mueller investigation is unambiguously good news for the President and by and far the country. But, one question that now must be answered is; who made it up – it had to come from somewhere. We know about the dirty dossier. Where will this lead, I’m sticking to my prediction as I noted in both this writing and others in the past. The buck stops somewhere and we know where that more than likely is – along with the supporting evidence, to include classified emails, signed FISA warrants and witnesses — much of which has already been gathered during the Mueller probe. One other note, watch for both a plethora of resignations from the DoJ, as well as numerous others signing-up to testify to save their skin.

Whatever is next, it’s not impeachment — and this whole scandal has essentially won the 2020 election for Donald J. Trump. As for the Trump administration governing, the economy, trade, the Wall and immigration policy are on the docket as the President continues to govern in a much divided Washington. The next two years will be extremely interesting.  Image: (AP Photo/Evan Vucci)
