Shakespeare said that “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” It is also true that tyranny, by any other name, is just as evil.
Though the growth of tyranny in America is nothing new, the recent accelerated rate of its growth should be disturbing to all liberty-loving Americans. From “Disinformation Governance Boards” to censorship, violence, and even intimidation, America today looks much more like a thug-o-cracy than the land of the free and the home of the brave. Unless and until We the People identify the evil of tyranny and publicly reject its legitimacy, we will continue to devolve into the despotic future so many have warned us about.
