Greenwashing nutrition has become a major concern in recent years. With the rise of organic and plant-based diets, companies are increasingly using deceptive marketing practices to promote their products as healthier options than they actually are. This can lead to consumers being misled about the nutritional value of certain foods, leading to an unhealthy diet. As such, it is important for consumers to be aware of greenwashing tactics and to be able to identify when a company is trying to deceive them. By understanding these tactics and knowing what to look for, consumers can make more informed decisions about their food choices.
