Police officials acting under the color of authority to search a specific place ⏤ must possess a legitimate search warrant, an exact copy of which is to be provided to the owner of the place to be searched. If they are not there, the search can commence nonetheless. The warrant must be based upon “Probable Cause,” specifying the place to be searched, what’s being searched for, and where it’s located. There are exceptions, such as automobiles and persons afoot. Mar-a-Lago was not one of them. That was a criminal assault on the American people via Donald Trump.

For example, if the police search for a stolen freezer at a known address, they would not expect to find a freezer in a woman’s lingerie drawer, closet, or under her bed. Any evidence seized by such unlawful extension of the scope of a warrant, even if it were drugs or illegal firearms, would be totally inadmissible in a court of law. That’s how it’s supposed to work.

The FBI long ago fell prey to their own propaganda, radio, and television shows that praised them as first-line defenders of America’s Constitution. They started to believe how good they were and how important they had become as defenders of America’s national defense. That kernel of thought grew over the years and gave them a sense of security that excused minor violations of the law if they got their man. Because they were doing God’s work on earth, little infractions could be overlooked or dismissed as silly mistakes or forgivable errors.

We saw former FBI Director James Comey exonerate Hillary Clinton’s criminal email debacle. A judge didn’t; Comey did!

But once a person’s home has been invaded by a cop or crook without due process, the victim will never be the same again. Melania Trump will forever be looking over her shoulder in fear that she is being surveilled by evil forces. She will wonder if the FBI planted evidence to be found later or, worse, planted listening and video devices to gather information for their corrupt masters.

Melania Trump was born in Yugoslavia, a Communist country, and spent the formative years of her young life living under that government’s pretext of providing safety. Her fears were doubtless well founded, observing firsthand how extra-judicial methods used by the government intended to keep Yugoslavs safe, actually worked. That she should experience such a thing here, especially as a former First Lady of the United States, must have rekindled her latent fears of life in a totalitarian country. I feel confident in saying that Melania Trump sees what’s coming for America, and she doesn’t like it.

Before some of you start wondering about the veracity of my comments on this subject, I will say that I worked one full year in the former Yugoslavia as an officer with the International Police Task Force and saw firsthand the latent fear of threats and intimidation the regular folks were experiencing at wars end. It was not a pretty sight. Old hatreds and animosities boiled over, murders were committed, retributions were made, and revenge still dominated the mindset of the multi-country citizens of the former Yugoslavia.

Here are the unintended consequences of Melania Trump’s experience with the FBI’s search into her personal life: It is personal! How can she trust any Federal Agent anymore? Can she trust them to protect her from petty criminals or even assassination? Is her Mar-a Lago home bugged with listening and video devices? Has incriminating evidence been planted to be discovered at another time?

For the FBI agents involved, they, too, face unintended consequences of their own making. In Nazi Germany, National Socialist police ran rampant over the population, dispensing extra-judicial punishment to the uncooperative. At the war’s end, the Nuremberg Trials of Nazi officials put ‘finish’ to the excuse: “I was only following Orders.

Here’s Trump’s problem when he returns.

The agents hired since Barack Obama assumed the office are the cadre of future “Woke” FBI operations. As such, they pose a serious threat to a stable America because, like Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Andrew McCabe, they believe they are right no matter what, so they should be purged from the FBI.

The next Director of the FBI must be an experienced Agent from the ranks, not a DoJ Lawyer, ever again. That’s the sad truth, folks, but that’s what Progressivism and Liberalism have done for us.

Integrity anyone?

Remember, freedom is the goal; the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ’em!

Trump took what was not his to take after he left office. Why did he and what was his intent to do with government documents? Now all the naysayers are up in arms due to the storytelling distortions spewing from Trump’s mouth; which I might add is very profitable for fundraising! Being that he possesses a strong lying and manipulative nature his actions are more than shady. The FBI, like it or not, was in their right to search (not RAID) his property and time will reveal the truth, especially when the search warrant is shared. Huh, good luck with it ever seeing the light of day.
Truth is something that the Trump family and followers do not commonly live by. A sad state of affairs indeed.
I, for one, support this investigation, and in the words of “the Donald” [referring to mob bosses] “if you’re not guilty then why plead the 5th?” (440+ times) Exactly Donald, why?
So I ask, who is truly a serious threat to a stable America, Mr. McClellan? I without hesitation say Trump, and the like-minded self-serving, profiteering self-centered thinkers of old who are negatively seeking to deconstruct America’s democracy’s future.
Though the road ahead is full of chaos and obstruction, lucky for us all TRUTH and light always prevail in the end. It’s the highest Law in Nature, thank goodness.

P.S. As for communist-raised Melania, she knew exactly what she came to America for and she got it, hook, line, and sinker. So I have little empathy for her glass menagerie world being shattered. She deserves what life gives her. Her mask of prettiness and perfectness is telling about what truly runs through her veins. Her fast track to citizenship would make any immigrant’s head spin.
Finally, did she take notes when meeting with Putin and her presidential husband during the G6 private meeting? No translators, no note-takers allowed, just her and them. Leave no trace, Melania. That’s a good girl.

Show me exactly where that law of truth is in nature, because that’s BS. If you’re talking about Jesus where he’s says ” I’m the way, the TRUTH, and the life.” Than you are partially correct/wrong. You see, he’s not in nature he created it! Just like this planet, he created it. Oh, by the way he created you too. So quit breaking the law you proclaim and don’t be a communist in our free country. America’s collective soul doesn’t want you!!!!!
