More than 6.5 million alien migrants have invaded the United States since Joe Biden became President and opened the U.S. southern border to anyone claiming asylum. More than this, Joe Biden has vocally encouraged oppressed aliens to travel to America and make their claim for asylum, eventual amnesty, and citizenship.
Under U.S. law, people who flee their countries for “credible fear” of persecution can apply for asylum. However, not only has the recent flood of alien migrants shattered all prior U.S. migration records, but apparently, 90% of recent foreign migrants have no credible basis for their asylum claims and are here illegally.
Biden administration-funded non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have instructed many migrant asylum seekers on what to say to Border Patrol agents to claim asylum. Yet, most of these foreigners are not fleeing life-threatening circumstances but instead are looking for better economic opportunities.
Nevertheless, using the unlawful and unconstitutional machinations of Biden’s Department of Homeland Security, the administration continues to cook up other ways to pack millions more would-be illegal aliens into America before some legal authority demands a hard stop.
In short, Homeland Security refuses to enforce lawful immigration and instead promotes disingenuous schemes to admit foreign nationals as asylum seekers. They aim to admit as many government-dependent people as possible, hoping these millions will change U.S. demography and voting patterns in predominantly Republican lead states.
Stepping back for a moment, you may ask when the U.S. policy on immigration changed from controlled and lawful to wide open borders and illegal entry. It may have been when Mr. Biden answered a question during the third presidential primary debate on Thursday evening, September 12, 2019, in Houston.
Univision’s Anchor, Jorge Ramos, asked then-candidate Joe Biden why Latinos should trust him on issues dealing with immigration. Mr. Biden answered,
“I would, in fact, make sure that there is — we immediately surge to the border… all those people who are seeking asylum deserve to be heard. That’s who we are. We’re a nation who says; if you want to flee, and you’re freeing oppression, you should come.”
It has been 29 months since Joe Biden took the Presidential oath of office. Not only are major U.S. cities swamped with penniless, under-educated, under-skilled, non-English-Speaking migrants who require shelter, food, and medical care, but among these 6.5 million are over 450,000 unaccompanied minors who crossed the border unattended by an adult and now remain as America’s responsibility.
Moreover, some 1.7 million of the 6.5 million alien migrants entering America under Joe Biden’s watch didn’t have the courtesy to stop and claim asylum. These so-called “Gotaways” have entered the U.S. under the shadow of night, failing to declare themselves to border patrol. In other words, Border Patrol has no idea who these illegal aliens are, where they came from, or what they intend to do in the U.S. These Gotaways pose an immense security threat to Americans. So far, Border Patrol and various local law enforcement agencies have captured more than 200 migrants on the Terror Watch List. But the discomforting question remains, how many more escaped apprehension?
More than 2 million foreign nationals claiming asylum have been to immigration court and lost their asylum cases. Yet, more than 85% of them remain in the country, and the Biden administration has no intention of deporting them.
Nevertheless, Homeland Security is concerned about the growing negative news coverage of the seemingly uncontrolled entry of tens of thousands of migrants fleeing across the Rio Grande River into America.
So, they created various allegedly legal, “rules-based programs,” like the CBP One phone-based application to channel migrants to one of eight ports of entry along the border in a more orderly fashion. While these allegedly orderly and lawful pathways eliminate the ugly scenes of thousands of migrants crossing the border at any one time, likely, most, if not all, of these alternatives to unruly migrant entry, are likely unlawful.
Currently, 22 States suffering the effects of overwhelming and escalating immigration are suing the Biden administration in Federal court over the constitutionality of these new rules. The truth is every state has become a border state. Most local and state governments’ infrastructure and financial bases can no longer accommodate thousands upon thousands of new asylum seekers. Biden’s open borders policy must stop! So must the political corruption driving Homeland Security to hoodwink Americans into believing admitting millions of largely unvetted and fraudulent aliens into the United States at this time is strictly a humanitarian mission.
The top two concerns of Americans are the economy and Illegal immigration. If the Republicans are to win back control of the White House and Congress, they must address precisely how they will stop Democrats from trying to erase America.
