Bodily autonomy. It’s a hot topic right now, and with good reason. There is a push for vaccination like we have never before seen. Please note – the average time for testing and approval of a vaccination is 10-12 years, with only 2-3% of developed vaccines approved anyway. So we’re talking about a vaccination that has not been thoroughly vetted and approved since this process began, but I digress.

In some cities, a vaccination is needed to enter a food establishment, buy clothing, go on vacation, or even keep your job; and the push is coming from everywhere. With the censoring of speech, many doctors and scientists have been silenced or fired, meaning that many people are not getting alternative viewpoints in order to make an informed decision.

This leaves the question as to who is able to educate consumers on this jab. How about the church?

The governor of Pennsylvania feels that your church leaders may educate and help a person receive the jab, but the doctor who has been fired cannot. A pastor, the expert on Jesus, knows that Jesus strongly reacted to using his church for the purpose of buying and selling, that often easily led to dishonest gain.

Yet, pastors everywhere are standing in line to “educate” their congregation to get the shot. Why? They can earn money for doing so! What is happening to our faith leaders?

“The love of money is the root of all evil” seems to get repeated often and has reared its ugly head once more. As the Wolf administration quietly gathers with the Department of Health and United Way to determine “health equity,” you may be wondering why your church or organization has suddenly started to encourage the vaccine?

Perhaps the reason is that there is $4 million of government grant money up for grabs, with up to $40,000 available per vaccine event. While federal funds are available through 2024 to Philadelphia County only, this initiative runs through the state until June 2022.

Grant money has been set aside for faith-based and nonprofit organizations willing to encourage their members to get vaccinated or hold a vaccine clinic. The scheme is set up so that an organization may receive ten dollars for each direct contact they make encouraging the jab. If a person from that contact gets the vaccine, the organization will get an additional ten dollars for a total of twenty dollars.

The initiative describes what they consider underrepresented populations and promotes covid-19 mitigation efforts within that group. Mitigation efforts include masking, testing, and vaccine outreach along with education. The vulnerable groups’ outline consists of various minority groups, along with the elderly and people with disabilities.

“Vaccine events” that warrant payment has a broad definition by the meetings own admittance; “an event is any opportunity that allows people to easily get their shots at a location convenient to them.”The online call provided examples, including sending a traveling nurse with a meals-on-wheels delivery, community block parties that have vaccines administered on-site, or receiving a vaccine after a church service. These nonprofits or faith-based organizations may also use text messaging, phone calls, social media messages, or door-to-door campaigns for their fundraiser.

If the pastor of a church is the new medical expert and deemed so by an executive branch of government, then so is every person on Facebook.

States are walking down dangerous roads these days. While there is only proof of this happening in Pennsylvania right now, there are other states who would be receiving similar messaging. Their mission statement is, “Harness the power of community trust in statewide faith-based organizations to address and mitigate the spread of COVID-19, particularly vulnerable populations.”

Given that the vaccine has picked up the name “clot shot,” you have to wonder why the government would risk targeting this population. Is a government official or church leader the newly minted medical expert? It’s a very, very slippery slope.

Jesus reacted poorly to using the church for buying and selling. What would He think about exploiting the Church?

I’ve seen regular, ongoing commercials in my state by clergy and varied health care workers/doctors pushing for the jabs, and they all repeat the “safe and effective” mantra with a smile on their faces. One nurse while promoting the jabs, also repeatedly said that “natural immunity” was not enough. How could anyone reliably assure that without proper peer-reviewed scientific data, or that these new investigational jabs were safe and effective for everyone? These individuals suffer from grandiosity or are serving the drug company masters. Their claims defy medical ethics, logic and credibility. I’m educated enough to know that no particular medical procedure is appropriate or safe for everyone, and that proper Informed Consent was ignored all through this madness.

If I were a pastor I would have told my congregation to refrain from vaccination until they had good advice from a caring GP on the matter.

I would also have told them that as Christian believers we know that we have been “fearfully and wonderfully made” with an astonishing immune system that God uses countless times to restore our bodies to health.
