Two of the chromosomes (the X and the Y chromosome) determine your sex as male or female when you are born. They are called sex chromosomes: Females have 2 X chromosomes. Males have 1 X and 1 Y chromosome. This is hard science steeped in reality that many on the left in the Democrat Party refuse to accept.
The bottom line is that you can’t change your gender. No matter how many surgeries you have or pills you take. This is a fact of life Walt Heyer, an 82-year-old author, and public speaker, knows all too well. Early in his life, he transitioned and lived as a woman named Laura Jensen for eight years. Even with this change, he was not fulfilled or happy.
Today Heyer is speaking out against the idea of transgenderism and gender-reaffirming surgery. He tells the hosts of “After Dark” that “There is no such thing as a transgender man or woman.”
The author, who de-transitioned and is now married years ago, explained that gender-reaffirming care for children is wrong. He said administering hormones to boys and girls in an attempt to change their gender or slow down the process of puberty only feminizes the male and makes the female more masculine. Ultimately, their gender is the same as when they were born.
From his studies, he said many children who identify as being in the wrong body are experiencing Adverse Childhood Experiences, aka ACEs. It is a disorder where childhood trauma (sexual-physical abuse, mental illness, or emotional neglect) renders them confused as they mature. If left untreated, the child starts to experience a disconnect from who they are.
Unfortunately, Heyer said doctors are too quick to prescribe hormone therapy and recommend surgery for children. He said this is child abuse, but under the current Joe Biden Administration, who are setting policy, it’s acceptable.
Because he is an outspoken voice against transgender surgery and gender re-affirming care, he has been called a terrorist by many on the left. This will, however, not silence him, for he said people need to know that what is happening is very dangerous.
He hopes that this madness will stop the more people speak out about the dangers and become informed. Until it does, he said he will keep speaking out and educating people.
