America lives on headlines, not stories. Stories give context to headlines, that is if the headlines indeed reference the story’s content.
With Liberal media, be it video news like CNN or MSNBC or print news like from the New York Times or the Washington Post, headlines rarely match the story.
They sensationalize their Headlines, and America rewards Media for sensations. Add pictures, and the public likes it even more. Media companies look to evoke emotions in their watchers and readers. But, unfortunately, these companies aren’t into intellectual undertakings.
And as for the truth or factual news, forget it. Instead, Liberal media designs every story and headline with a political slant, and more recently, a radical push in the direction of extreme Left politics.
So, where does one go for honest commentary and honest print opinion and journalism? May I suggest the America Out Loud Network?
I’m a Conservative, and I’ve found a home at America Out Loud. It’s where I feel more than comfortable, it where I’m allowed to freely make my case on any score of topics of burning interest to other Conservative Americans.
America Out Loud is an Oasis in an expanding desert of media lies and destructive political propaganda.
In this show, I speak to this and touch on the week’s news. First, I talk about Biden’s criminalization of people eschewing the COVID-19 vaccine, and next, the CDC’s use of “back-to-masks” aimed at incensing Americans with another senseless mandatory recommendation. Yes, I know “mandatory recommendation” is a contradiction of terms. But that’s the CDC for you!
Expectedly, the rise in the Delta Variant has also stirred the Teachers Unions back on the stage of ridiculous behavior as they signal they may not return to the classroom if they feel their teachers need extra protection. So my advice to teachers is to get themselves some protection from the Unions.
Finally, I introduce how Affirmative Action and Critical Race Theory are causing a crisis in the admission processes at our Nation’s elite, public, exam-high schools.
The Federal Policy of Affirmative Action in education has been in place for 55 years. However, the courts meant this to be a temporary fix to past alleged discrimination against minority admissions to elite colleges and high schools.
Technically, it violates the fourteenth amendment and the 1964 Civil Rights Law. But the Courts agreed to look the other way for a set period. That time is ending. So now, enter Critical Race Theory as the new justification forcing schools to accept predominately Black, academically under-performing students into advanced scholastic schools. Something has got to give way!
