Abortion and Climate Change Beat Economy and Crime
It can be very difficult to put the shoe on the other foot when the shoe just doesn’t fit. It was an ideologically driven election. Many try to make sense of the midterm election and where Americans go from here. The trend lines are indeed troubling.
Economy, Crime, Inflation, Energy, Open Borders, Parental Rights
Is it that Americans like a failing economy, crime on the streets, high gas bills and an uncertain energy future, drugs killing our kids, drug cartels running our cities, economic instability that comes with reckless, illegal immigration policy, open borders that invite terrorists in, schools and educators that teach and promote perverted sexual deviants, books, trans, CRT, racist rhetoric?
If these major life issues are not enough to change minds, what will change them?
Leading up to the election, 75% of Americans said the country was NOT headed in the right direction. Yet it wasn’t enough. In this episode of The Voice of a Nation, Malcolm explores the motivations that caused the most unexpected election returns in our lifetime.
How does an electorate give the keys to the car back to the political class who drove the nation’s car off the cliff? What is it that truly motivates the electorate?
Since 1980, Gallup has been asking the question…
In general, are you satisfied or dissatisfied with the way things are going in the United States at this time?
The Voice of a Nation can be heard on weekdays at 6 pm ET, with an encore at 11 pm ET. Listen on iHeart Radio, our world-class media player, or our free apps on Apple, Android, or Alexa.
I don’t believe we can learn anything useful from an election result in which tampering with equipment, counts, active suppression of Republican voters and Partison intimidation via Federal agencies were involved. It may actually be destructive to the interests of Americans to speculate on the “message” sent by results we simply cannot trust because we could find ourselves concluding, “Americans don’t value economic sanity, law-enforcement or opportunity as much as they value abortion.”
If a “conclusion” infered by an election doesn’t make sense, it’s likely not true. And this will CONTINUE to be the case until the election corruption of 2020 and now 2022 is honestly and thoroughly adjudicated.
