One thing you’ll never hear a Democrat say is, “That’s unconstitutional.” This is because the Constitution is the last thing on their mind. For nearly 2.5 centuries, Americans have lived and died by the words penned by men who literally placed their lives on the line to “form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”

Apparently, those high ideals are out of vogue if you live in the selfish world of the new Communist-Democrat Party. In fact, the obvious goal of every fully indoctrinated Democrat is to oppose, as far as possible, every aspect of our revered supreme law of the land.

While the majority of Americans acknowledge the blaring problem of voter fraud, very few comprehend the significance of having an unelected official in each of the two most powerful offices in the world. When Joe Biden was fraudulently declared the President of the United States, America overnight lost its government of the people, by the people, for the people. We suddenly and unwittingly forfeited our free republic. We now are actually being ruled by a dictator, in principle; by an oligarchy, in reality. The culprits whose squalid hands partook of this coup are both foreign and domestic, including George Soros, the CCP, Democrat politicians, and other rogue benefactors. The gallows for the Constitution are now under construction, and if the Communist-Democrat Party has its way, the Constitution will soon be lifeless and dangling at the end of the proverbial rope.

No longer will we be able to lay claim to violations of our constitutional rights. Are not our own Supreme Court justices complicit in the effacement of the liberty writings? If the judges of our land will take a bribe, submit to threats, or by other means opt out of defending the law of the land, then where is justice? It is replaced by cruel oppression. Liberty and justice for all are no more. Our Constitution has been tacitly declared null and void, and it’s just a matter of time before the declaration is official. Frankly, this doesn’t set well with me personally. My federal lawsuit against the Oregon Medical Board, pertaining to First and Fourteenth Amendment violations, is scheduled for July 12, 2022. What weight will our Constitution carry at that time? Only God knows. But I don’t get all warm and fuzzy thinking about it.  

Though the portrait of America may appear grim, in its darkest hour could yet come much light. To all of you who pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands—you may still have the opportunity to make good on that pledge. For many of us, the Pledge of Allegiance was ingrained deep within the hearts of children as we recited the words each school morning. Sadly, we are an aging population who espoused such loyalty. The takeover of our schools by socialist indoctrination camps has put an end to all constitutional awareness. The promise of free candy for all has enticed the vulnerable minds of our youth, and many parents failed to drive away that folly. Add to this insult the fact that our youth has been subjected to sexual abuse in the form of alternate sex education; the loss of personal identity from masking and isolation; and the abandonment of Christian principles as a shield against these evil times, and you might understand why our younger generation is so messed up. This is no accident. It is part of a well-organized plan to end American sovereignty.

Whether or not America will survive this assault against our constitutional republic will be determined by ordinary patriots like you and me, who will dare to take up arms, if necessary, to restore law and order to our government. But it will cost us something. It could even cost us our lives.

We are beyond the days of an easy fix. The hoards of illegal aliens alone are now estimated at 50,000 per day, and open borders are now government-funded. If we want to restore freedom to America, we will now have to pay a high premium. But the cost of freedom is never too great. Especially for those of us who have already devoted a military career to defending our freedom. Some of us simply aren’t cut out for a life of oppression. Some of us will hear the battle cry and rally together for a showdown. I expect this may happen soon.

When all is said and done, I wonder if the Constitution will be sustained, or if it could ever be resurrected if lost. My personal resolve is to fight like hell to defend our Constitution. Resolve is good, but we also need a guiding light—and that’s the Bible. If we fail to give God His rightful place as the Author of our freedom and beneficence, then no amount of resolve will save America. On the other hand, if we trust in God and once again follow His ways, then there is hope for this blessed land. The last words I ever hope to hear from our progeny is, “Whatever happened to the Constitution?”

There isn’t a court or policing entity left in our country. The silence of our gatekeepers is God calling us out loud to fight. Examples abound in the Bible. Listen.
