Who is responsible for guarding your liberty? It seems the American people expect others to guard their liberty for them, especially the federal judiciary. But is it the role of judges to guard your liberty? What about the rest of the federal government? Is it their job to keep your liberty safe? Everyone from Presidents, pundits, and politicians, to citizens and everyday Americans seems to be looking to the judicial branch to be the guardians of their liberty.
