It seems plenty of Americans are willing to trust what they are told, but unwilling to verify if any of it is true. With all of the evidence suggesting that we are being lied to, why do we trust politicians, social media, or the media itself? It was former President Ronald Reagan who often reminded Americans to “Trust but verify.”
So who do you trust? And what is the criteria that you use to determine who you will trust? Let’s look at some of the recent examples of who you should not trust, and what you can do to protect yourself, your family, and your neighbors from those who are lying to your face.
