Be it psychological and/or physical, Ukraine is under attack by Russia’s invasion. The only question remaining is how long and how far will Russia take it? Currently, there is nothing to keep Vladimir Putin from going beyond Ukraine’s borders and into nearby countries. After all, who will stop Putin, Joe Biden?
In an interview, Biden said the Russian leader knew not to invade Ukraine because there would be crippling US sanctions. Well, here we are today, and Putin and his forces have moved into Ukraine despite Biden’s tepid warnings. So it looks as though Putin knew Biden all too well to know that the latter is nothing more than all talk.
To support their position on Biden versus Putin, the hosts recall a tweet from then-candidate Biden, “Vladimir Putin doesn’t want me to be President. He doesn’t want me to be our nominee. If you’re wondering why— it’s because I’m the only person in this field who’s ever gone toe-to-toe with him.”
This did not hold up well, and neither will the sanctions Biden is looking to levy against the Russian leader. Now what?
