On May 18, one day before the G7 summit in Japan, the uninvited guest Xi Jinping held the welcome ceremony of the China-Central Asia Summit in Xi’an, China. His guests were the presidents from five countries in Central Asia – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. It was organized in Tang Paradise, which is a large royal-garden theme park based on the style of the Tang Dynasty. (https://www.gov.cn/yaowen/liebiao/202305/content_6874811.htm)

According to CCP’s superlatives, the big ceremony reconstructs the golden age of the Tang Dynasty over 1200 years ago, when numerous countries came to worship the Chinese emperor. For example, when the five presidents arrived at the park, two Tang-style maids holding lanterns guided each of them with ancient courtesy. Xi Jinping couple met with them in front of the main building and watched a large-scale music show with a cast of hundreds in Tang style. The whole park was ablaze with lights, full of ancient royal atmosphere. The welcome dinner was also carefully designed using expensive and rare materials to represent auspiciousness in Chinese culture. (http://news.cnhubei.com/tupian/p/15859570.html)

Xi emphasized the friendship between China and the 5 countries since Silk Road, with a prospect of the prosperity of “One Belt, One Road.” However, it’s naive to believe that the presidents participated in the summit for the same purposes. Actually, they received non-reimbursable assistance of a total of 3.7 billion USD from China. Therefore, it’s worth attending such a luxurious but ridiculous cosplay, to make Xi’s emperor dream true.

In Chinese history, Xi’an has been the capital of 13 dynasties, so it is called the birthplace of the dragon. It’s also Xi Jinping’s hometown. According to our exclusive sources from Xi’s family, Xi deeply believes that he is a real dragon, which means the emperor of China. His laggard and ignorant minds are driving the regime away from democracy, human rights, and freedom.

In the past 10 years, Xi has successfully centralized power through political infighting in China. Previously, there was a limited democracy among the top CCP families. Nine members of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the CCP (PSC), including the chairman of the CCP, controlled all the areas in China. They had to negotiate with each other for policies. But Xi has reduced it to seven members, and replaced it with his most loyal servants after the 20th National Congress last Oct.

Given that Xi is the only highest authority in CCP, everyone must be brainwashed by Xi’s thoughts all the time. In CCP’s words, if you are not absolutely loyal to Xi, then absolutely you are not loyal at all. The students, professionals, military and CCP officials, and even private sectors are forced to learn Xi’s thoughts every day under strict surveillance. Recently, one member of PSC Cai Qi called people to integrate Xi’s thoughts “into brains, hearts and souls” (http://paper.people.com.cn/rmrb/html/2023-05/23/nw.D110000renmrb_20230523_3-01.htm). Meanwhile, the new Chinese ambassador Xie Feng has proudly announced that it’s his ”honor to be appointed by President Xi Jinping to the US.” It’s to show his loyalty and demonstrates that he is the mouthpiece of Xi (http://www.news.cn/world/2023-05/24/c_1129641519.htm).

Besides the PSC, the eighth powerful official in China should be Chen Wen-Qing, the Secretary of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission (CPLC). Chen was the director of the Ministry of State Security (MSS, which is similar to the CIA) for Xi. Now, he is the director of all of CCP’s law enforcement departments (e.g., the Ministry of Public Security, which is similar to the FBI), judiciary, and MSS. It’s the first time that a MSS director is promoted to this position, which indicates Chen’s remarkable contribution and Xi’s ambitions overseas. Basically, Xi has built a task fusion for both domestic stability and infiltration and damage overseas, involving overseas police stations and secret agents across the southern border to the US as illegal migrants. Interestingly, although the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) belongs to the State Council of China, it is not controlled by Prime Minister.

There is no doubt that Chen Wen-Qing is the most trustworthy person for Xi. Not only because Chen takes over millions of police and an annual budget of trillions of USD, he is also in charge of the Bureau Nine of MPS (the Central Guards Bureau) for the security and daily life of the members of the PSC, as well as the Bureau Eight of MPS (the Secret Service Bureau) for other important officials and foreign guests. Thus, Chen helps Xi to control and monitor the CCP officials through secret agents like guards, drivers, cooks, and housekeepers. It’s a pervasive intimidation in the Leninist organization. Fear makes people more obedient.

On May 22, Chen Wen-Qing co-hosted the 8th China-Russia Joint Meeting of Law Enforcement and Security with the Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Nikolar Patrushev, in Russia. Note, Patrushev was trained by KGB, then served in Russian intelligence agencies, including KGB, FSK, and FSB. Chen has also met the director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service there. Both Chen and Patrushev emphasize that China and Russia will deepen global cooperation to advance their national interests and security, guided by Xi Jinping and Putin. (http://cpc.people.com.cn/n1/2023/0526/c64094-32695250.html).

It’s a very significant and dangerous signal to the world. Will the skills and experience from KGB be combined with CCP’s overseas network to undermine the US? Don’t forget that Xi Jinping has required the People’s War and “using global resources for our purposes.” While CCP’s secret agents, United Front campaigns, and fake dissidents have formed a dense and concealed network in the US to operate under the instructions from the Xi-CCP regime.
